  • Ad Creative Assets: Images, videos, and other media files associated with your advertisements

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Browser type and version

  • Usage data (features accessed, time spent, interactions)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision and Analysis

  • We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

3.2 Data Processing

  • We process your Meta advertising data solely to provide analytics and insights services
  • We do not sell your Meta advertising data to third parties
  • We do not use your data to advertise products or services to you beyond our own platform updates
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data

3.3 Data Retention from Meta

  • We cache Meta advertising data to provide faster analytics and reduce API calls
  • Cached data is periodically refreshed to ensure accuracy
  • When you disconnect your Meta ad account or request deletion, we delete all associated Meta data from our systems within 30 days

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Meta advertising data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

  • Cloud hosting providers (to store and process data)
  • Authentication services (WorkOS for identity management)

You can disconnect your Meta ad account at any time through your account settings or through Meta's Business Settings. This will revoke our access to your Meta data and trigger deletion of cached Meta data from our systems.

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by adjusting your account preferences.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure for legal compliance
  • Meta Advertising Data: Retained while your Meta account is connected and for up to 90 days after disconnection (unless you request immediate deletion)
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement
  • Legal Records: Certain records may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws.
